What to Expect:
Join us for a one-hour Pilates mat class designed for all levels! Pilates is a practice focused on enhancing coordination, strength, balance, and posture through a series of full-body exercises. In this session, we’ll take it back to the roots of Pilates with flowing exercises performed on the mat, using your body weight as resistance.

Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this class will help you improve flexibility, build strength, and leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

What to Bring:

  • Towel: To wipe away any sweat after an invigorating workout

About Your Instructor: Maria K

Meet Maria K, your enthusiastic and spirited Pilates instructor! Originally from Belarus, Maria has been passionate about movement since her school days and has over a decade of experience practicing Pilates. Before becoming a Pilates instructor, she was a professional folk dancer, bringing a dynamic and creative approach to her teaching style.

Maria moved to New York in 2021 and quickly became an active member of the New York Road Runners, participating in marathons and races throughout the city. Her classes are known for their energetic and fun atmosphere, with a focus on proper form to maximize results. Maria integrates unique challenges that enhance stability, mobility, and strength, encouraging you to push boundaries and surpass your fitness goals.
